The freedom of movement and harmony is evident in the unique underwater restaurant at Anantara, called the Sea—as par to the four-level SEA.FIRE.SPICE.SKY concept dining.

Each level offers a different taste and cuisine, atmosphere and location. Fire is a teppanyaki lounge, inspired by Japanese cuisine. Spice offers Asian haute cuisine, served in a spectacular over water setting (sunsets are out of this world here). Then at the very top is the Sky., a rooftop lounge bar and observatory with views of the island, serving drinks and cocktails in a romantic setting and refined atmosphere. Crown for the most remarkable location takes Sea, an underwater restaurant. The menu here is varied—mainly the Mediterranean, but there is also a large collection of fine wines, from the cellar, also underwater.

The specialty here is Caviar, and fine-dining experiences, and its wine cellar is the world’s first underwater. As guests savour gourmet dining, tropical fish, sharks, and turtles swim by.
